Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the delivery of services. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, or engage in unlawful conduct. Any breach may result in immediate termination.
Pricing for services is outlined in individual proposals, agreements, or subscription plans. All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are due according to the invoicing schedule specified in the agreement.
Late payments may incur interest charges or suspension of services. AELAVIONEX reserves the right to adjust pricing for future engagements with prior notice.
Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. If a service has not yet begun, refund requests may be submitted within 7 calendar days of payment.
Any approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and may be subject to administrative deductions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AELAVIONEX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the termination provisions outlined in the specific contract. AELAVIONEX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if Terms are violated.
Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable and provisions intended to survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which AELAVIONEX operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within that jurisdiction.
AELAVIONEX reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on aelavionex.live with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
